Thanks a lot for excellent stay, having setting easy to use front enclosed garden area. Its location is amazing and good - Coldingham Beach was 200 metres from the venue. The owner, James, makes you feel at home. Bed is comfy with hypoallergenic pillows, more than enough😀👍

Our stay at 1 The Bay - Stunning Contemporary Flat On The Scottish Coast was absolutely amazing. The view of the beach was breathtaking and the apartment itself was luxurious and spacious. We loved the convenient on-site parking and the excellent WiFi. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the opportunity to go on coastal walks and watch water sports. Despite bad weather, the apartment provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was stunning and wonderful within 200 metres of Coldingham Beach. I was near the beach, St Abbs, Coldingham & Eyemouth, and the loch.

The location of the property was perfect, with stunning views towards the beach. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious and spacious interior. The parking facilities were excellent, providing convenience and peace of mind. Furthermore, the apartment offered first-class WiFi, a pleasant surprise not mentioned in the facilities description.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. Even when the weather was bad, we still felt relaxed and at home in the apartment.

The apartment with a terrace and sea views is absolutely stunning! As a low-budget traveller, I was blown away by the amazing view of the sea from the terrace. The living room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The two bedrooms were spacious and provided a good night's sleep. I loved having a flat-screen TV in the apartment for some entertainment during downtime. The equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven was a lifesaver, allowing me to prepare meals and save money on eating out. The two bathrooms with showers were clean and convenient for getting ready in the morning. Being able to enjoy a cup of tea using the electric kettle was a nice touch. The apartment's sea views were simply breathtaking, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The inclusion of bed linen and towels made packing much easier.

Personally, I found the lack of certain hotel amenities like a swimming pool disappointing. However, others may not see it as a drawback and still enjoy their stay.

The accessibility features were a real blessing, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to get around safely.

I would have loved to see more activities or events specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

I always stay here, no regrets. Remember staff giving me a cold drink on first stay in heat. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Dryer, Electric kettle, Flat-screen TV. Coming back for Easter!
